Sudoku: Diamond works without an Enbilex account. Puzzles, active sessions, results, statistics, achievements, lesson progress, preferences, and Premium entitlement state are stored on your device so the app can work offline.

When iCloud is available, eligible Sudoku progress can sync through the private CloudKit database associated with your Apple Account. Enbilex does not operate a separate player-account system or receive your iCloud password.

Local storage lets Sudoku: Diamond restore an unfinished game and show your progress. Private CloudKit sync can make eligible progress available on your signed-in Apple devices. Apple processes and stores CloudKit data under Apple’s privacy policy and account terms.

Settings includes Delete all personal data, which requests deletion of locally stored and iCloud-synced Sudoku progress. If storage or iCloud is temporarily unavailable, the app keeps the recovery flow visible so you can retry or complete the deletion. Device backups may also contain app data according to settings controlled by you and Apple.

The free experience may display Google Mobile Ads banners on eligible app-owned screens and may display one interstitial after a completed or abandoned game. Ads never unlock puzzles, hints, lessons, or other gameplay features.

Where required, Google User Messaging Platform may present a consent message or privacy-options form before the app requests ads. Depending on your region and choices, Google and its advertising partners may process device identifiers, approximate location, advertising data, product interaction, crash, performance, and diagnostic information to deliver, personalize where permitted, measure, secure, and prevent abuse of advertising.

Sudoku: Diamond does not request Apple App Tracking Transparency permission in this version. You can review available advertising privacy choices in the app’s Settings when Google reports that the privacy-options form is required, and you can also manage applicable controls in iOS or iPadOS Settings.

Lifetime Premium is an optional, one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that removes banner and post-game interstitial ads. All gameplay and learning features remain available without the purchase.

Apple processes purchase and restoration through StoreKit. Enbilex receives the entitlement status needed to enable the ad-free experience but does not receive your full payment-card details. Purchases may be restored with the Apple Account used for the original purchase.

If you email [email protected], Enbilex receives the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, app version, device information, screenshots, and issue description. We use that information to respond, troubleshoot, prevent abuse, and maintain appropriate support records.

Please do not include sensitive personal information in a support request. You may request deletion of eligible support correspondence by contacting us.

Sudoku: Diamond is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed to children under 13. Enbilex does not knowingly operate a child account system or ask children to submit personal information through the app. Advertising and consent treatment may vary by region and age status.

You can play without creating an Enbilex account, manage iCloud and device-backup settings through Apple, review available advertising privacy choices, restore Premium, delete Sudoku progress from the app, delete the app and its local data, or contact us about eligible support correspondence.

Requests about data controlled independently by Google or Apple should also use the privacy controls and request channels those companies provide.

Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform are governed by Google privacy disclosures and terms. App Store purchasing, Apple Account, CloudKit, device backup, and related Apple services are governed by Apple privacy policies and terms.

We may update this policy when app features, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date on this page identifies the latest version.
