Every puzzle, difficulty, lesson, hint, and import feature is available to free players. The free experience may show banners and one post-game interstitial. A restorable, one-time Premium purchase removes those ads; it does not gate gameplay.
Quick help
- If a saved game does not appear, confirm that iCloud Drive is available, then reopen the app. Local play remains available while iCloud is offline.
- For purchase issues, open Settings and use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used for the original purchase.
- When reporting a puzzle issue, include the difficulty, puzzle source, device model, iOS or iPadOS version, and app version when possible.
- You can remove local and iCloud-synced Sudoku progress from Settings → Privacy & data → Delete all personal data.
