- Open Calculator^ Settings.
- Tap Restore Purchases.
- Use the same Apple Account as the original purchase.
Quick troubleshooting
- Close and reopen Calculator^, then retry the action.
- Confirm that your device is running iOS or iPadOS 16.5 or later.
- For purchase issues, use Settings → Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase.
- When reporting a calculation issue, include the complete expression, expected result, device model, and app version.
